Efectos de holgura de una banda trapezoidal de acoplamiento de un sistema electromecánico sobre magnitudes mecánicas y eléctricas

Resumen


En este artículo se investiga la holgura de una correa trapezoidal de un sistema de acoplamiento sobre las magnitudes eléctricas y mecánicas de un sistema impulsado por un motor de inducción. Las magnitudes mecánicas en cuestión son la posición angular, la velocidad mecánica sobre los ejes de acoplamiento y sobre magnitudes eléctricas que son la corriente del estator estudiada con el análisis espectral. Para las magnitudes mecánicas se lleva a cabo un análisis transitorio al arranque del motor y para las corrientes del estator se realiza un análisis en estado estable. Los resultados experimentales se llevan a cabo utilizando un banco de pruebas instrumentado y la condición de libre y bajo falla es considerada utilizando una polea tensora.
