El presente artículo de investigación muestra la aplicación de la metodología de análisis de las operaciones así como un estudio de tiempos y movimientos en una empresa dedicada a la fabricación y venta de triplay de medida con convencional, el realizar este análisis implica revisar diferentes aspectos de la metodología, por ejemplo, el diseño de la pieza, las condiciones de trabajo, los materiales utilizados, etc., esto con la intención de poder tener un diagnóstico acertado de lo que se utiliza en el área de preparación y pegado de las capas de madera, y así poder hacer recomendaciones a los dueños del negocio, con la intención de eficientar los procesos, agilizar las operaciones, disminuir riesgos de algún accidente y/o hacer crecer la productividad y por ende los recursos de la misma.

Abstract
This research article shows the application of the operations analysis methodology as well as a study of times and movements in a company dedicated to the manufacture and sale of conventionally measured plywood. Carrying out this analysis involves reviewing different aspects of the methodology, for example, the design of the piece, the working conditions, the materials used, etc., this with the intention of being able to have an accurate diagnosis of what is used in the area of preparation and gluing of the layers of wood, and thus be able to make recommendations to the business owners, with the intention of making processes more efficient, streamlining operations, reducing risks of accidents and/or increasing productivity and therefore its resources.
