En este documento se muestra un análisis de la apreciación de diferentes instituciones productivas de la zona circundante al TecNM respecto al desempeño de los (ex)alumnos de esta institución independientemente de la carrera siempre y cuando hayan tomado las materias de calidad y estadística impartidas por el departamento de ingeniería industrial. Para lo cual fue utilizado un cuestionario en la plataforma Google Classroom. Las preguntas de este fueron enfocadas a ocho cuestiones cerradas y una abierta. El total de organizaciones encuestadas fue de once y en la mayoría de estas se ha trabajado con más de 5 (ex) alumnos del TecNM. Entre los resultados más destacados fue posible determinar características como: manejo de ética y cultura de calidad, el uso de herramientas estadísticas y de calidad, el uso de muestreos de aceptación, el uso de variables cuantitativas, el manejo de fórmulas o modelos matemáticos estadísticos, la formulación de problemas abordada con los modelos teóricos, prácticos y matemáticos y el empleo de herramientas matemáticas, de cómputo y software.

Abstract
This document shows an analysis of the appreciation of different productive institutions in the area surrounding the TecNM regarding the performance of the ex-students from this institution regardless of the career if they have taken the quality and statistics classes taught by the industrial engineering department. For the above, a questionnaire was used on the Google Classroom platform. The questions of this were focused on eight closed question and one open. The total number of organizations surveyed was eleven and in most of these they have worked with more than 5 TecNM ex-students. Among the most outstanding results, it was possible to determine characteristics as: management of ethics and quality culture, the use of statistical and quality culture, the use of statistical and quality tools, the use of acceptance sampling, the use of qualitative variables, the management of statistical mathematical formulas or models, the formulation of problems approached with theoretical, practical, and mathematical models and the use of mathematical, computational and software tools.
