CREACIÓN DE CONTENIDO WEB MÓVIL CON BASE EN ECOSISTEMAS DE CONTENIDO (CREATION OF MOBILE WEB CONTENT BASED ON CONTENT ECOSYSTEMS)
Resumen
Una Estrategia de contenido define cómo crear, entregar, mantener y gobernar el contenido de una organización con el objetivo de mejorar la experiencia del usuario. El objetivo principal de este trabajo fue rediseñar un sitio web para mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios al ofrecer contenido que resulte útil, utilizable, atractivo y accesible desde diferentes plataformas y dispositivos. Para lograr esto, se propuso una guía paso a paso basada en un Ecosistema de Contenido. Luego, con base en esta guía, y como parte de un proceso de rediseño, se desarrolló un prototipo para un sitio web universitario. Finalmente, los resultados mostraron que el prototipo desarrollado resuelve los problemas identificados en el sitio web universitario original.

Abstract
A Content Strategy defines how to create, deliver, maintain and govern the content of an organization with the aim of improving the user experience. The main objective of this work was to redesign a website to improve the user experience by offering content that is useful, usable, attractive and accessible from different platforms and devices. To achieve this, a step-by-step guide based on a Content Ecosystem was proposed. Then, based on this guide, and as part of a redesign process, a prototype for a university website was developed. Finally, the results showed that the prototype developed solves the problems identified in the original university website.
