COMPARATIVO DE LA REVISION POR LA DIRECCIÓN DE ACUERDO A LA NORMA ISO 9001:2015 DEL METODO TRADICIONAL VS NUEVO MODELO INTEGRAL DE COSTOS (COMPARATIVE OF THE REVISION BY THE ADDRESS ACCORDING TO THE ISO 9001: 2015 STANDARD OF THE TRADITIONAL METHOD VS NEW INTEGRAL COST MODEL)

El presente trabajo consistió en realizar un comparativo entre la forma tradicional de calcular los indicadores del cumplimiento de la organización (por ejemplo, KPI’s) contra una nueva modelo integral que calcula el costo de los requerimientos del sub-elemento 9.3 revisión por la dirección de la norma ISO 9001:2015.

Las revisiones se deben hacerse en periodos planificado, por esta razón se decidió utilizar el artículo “Determinación de costos a los requerimientos ISO 9001:2015 para la alta dirección” (Asato, Rios, Bocanegra, & Veloz) para implementarlo en una organización y realizar el comparativo de las dos formas de calcular el cumplimiento de la organización y evaluar con la dirección si este último presenta un panorama actual de la organización que ayude a la toma de decisiones y el desarrollo de estrategias.

Abstract:

The present work consisted in making a comparison between the traditional way of calculating the indicators of the organization's compliance (for example, KPI's) against a new integral model that calculates the cost of the requirements of the sub-element 9.3 review by the management of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

In the last update of ISO 9001: 2015, significant changes were made, among them was the deletion of the representative by address and that responsibility became part of the director, in addition the revisions have to be made in planned periods, for this reason it was decided to use the article "Determination of costs to ISO 9001: 2015 requirements for senior management"  (Asato, Rios, Bocanegra, & Veloz)to implement it in an organization and perform the comparison of the two ways of calculating the organization's compliance and evaluate with the direction if the latter presents a current panorama of the organization that helps the decision making and the development of strategies
