APLICACIÓN WEB PARA APOYAR LA UTILIZACIÓN DE TESTS DIRIGIDOS A MEDIR EL ESTRÉS EN NIÑOS CON CÁNCER (A WEB APPLICATION TO SUPPORT THE APPLICATION OF TESTS AIMED AT MEASURING STRESS IN CHILDREN WITH CANCER)
Resumen
El Instituto Nacional de Cancerología en México indica que las personas que padecen cáncer sufren de reacciones y secuelas de los tratamientos que reciben. Hoy en día existen diferentes recursos para controlar los síntomas, mejorar la salud mental y promover la calidad de vida durante y después del cáncer. Algunos de los síntomas de los niños pacientes de cáncer son la ansiedad y el estrés. En este trabajo se presenta el análisis y diseño de una aplicación web que busca ser una herramienta hecha a la medida de las necesidades de los expertos del HNP, con el fin de apoyarlos en la aplicación de manera presencial de diferentes tests dirigidos a medir la ansiedad y el estrés en niños y adolescentes que son pacientes con cáncer. Actualmente solo se cuenta con un prototipo inicial de la aplicación en el cual se implementó el test llamado Escala de Ansiedad Infantil de Spence (SCAS), pero no ha sido aplicado el test, ya que está siendo validado el prototipo por la psicóloga del HNP.

Abstract
The Cancerology National Institute in Mexico, indicates that people that have cancer suffer reactions and aftermaths from the treatments they receive. Nowadays, there exist different resources to control the symptoms, to improve mental health and to promote the quality of life during and after having cancer. Some of the symptoms of children with cancer are anxiety and stress. In this work, we present the analysis and design of a web application that attempts to be a supporting tool, that responds to the needs of experts in the in-person application of different tests aimed at measuring anxiety and stress in children and adolescents that suffer from cancer. Currently, there is only an initial prototype of the application, in which a test called "Spence children anxiety scale" (SCAS) was implemented. This test has not been applied, since the prototype is in the process of being validated by the HNP psychologist.
