Abstract
A basic need to support collaboration aspects in a Groupware is the users identification and tracking, because it is necessary to link all the interactions that occur in the activity to an identity. In particular, for Groupwares with Tangible User Interface (TUI), natural interaction must be maintained. So, the objective of this work is to propose a technique for Groupwares with TUI to identify users who are collaborating and to track their activity, in order to know who interacts and for how long, which could support in the usability evaluation. To validate this technique, the CUI-Vision prototype was developed, and functional tests were carried out to verify that the technique works effectively.
