SISTEMA DE ADMINISTRACIÓN DE CLIENTES, VENTAS E INVENTARIO PARA EMPRESARIOS DE REDES DE MERCADEO (CUSTOMER ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM, SALES AND INVENTORY FOR MARKETING NETWORK ENTREPRENEURS)

Resumen

Se presenta el desarrollo de un sistema para la administración de clientes, ventas e inventario utilizado por empresarios de redes de mercadeo. Cuando la red de mercadeo empieza a crecer es difícil mantener organizada la información y una estimación de las ganancias netas obtenidas, sobre todo cuando se llevan registros convencionales en papel. El desarrollo del sistema tiene como objetivo ser una herramienta útil para que un empresario administre de forma más eficiente el inventario, lleve un registro de sus clientes y los empresarios que pertenecen a su red, genere un registro de las ventas que realiza y la utilidad neta obtenida. El sistema considera distintos márgenes de utilidad dependiendo del cliente, lleva el control de inventarios partiendo del concepto de inventarios pequeños con periodos de resurtido pequeños, además genera un reporte de los productos a resurtir, así como del inventario actual e integra un punto de venta.

Abstrac

We present a system for the administration of clients, sales and inventory for entrepreneur of marketing networks. When it begins to grow, it is difficult to keep the information organized and estimate of the net profits obtained, especially when conventional paper records are kept. We hope, it will be a useful tool for an entrepreneur administrator to make more efficiently inventory, carry out a record as well as their customers, as entrepreneurs in network, in addition to the records of sales made and the net profit obtained from sales. The system considers the margins of the utility of the client, the control of the inventories part of the concept of small inventories with small replenishment periods, in addition to a report of the products to a refill, as well as the current inventory and integrates a point of sale.
