UN ANÁLISIS COMPARATIVO ENTRE EL ENFOQUE DE PROCESOS Y EL ENFOQUE SISTÉMICO USANDO SIMULACIÓN (A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS BETWEEN THE PROCESS APPROACH AND THE SYSTEMIC APPROACH USING SIMULATION)

Abstract

An organization is structured by processes, each of them is marked by objectives. Decisions are often made from a local perspective in order to maintain a controlled structure. However, efforts focused on improving processes present obstacles that limit their actions. It is important that the decision makers understand the nature of the complexity they address so that the organization reaches a learning to develop beneficial strategies for each area that make it up. That is why the objective of this article is to make a comparison of dynamic systems with two approaches: one based on processes and another system. The above, using simulation as an analysis tool in a case study. The results obtained show that a goal, under a systemic approach, achieves a greater performance for the entire organization

Keywords: Process approach, system approach, simulation, dynamic systems.
