IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL ESTÁNDAR IEC 61850 A UN INVERSOR FOTOVOLTAICO (IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STANDARD IEC 61850 TO A PHOTOVOLTAIC INVERSOR)
Resumen
Las condiciones variables de generación de energía eléctrica de los sistemas energéticos distribuidos a gran escala suponen un riesgo para el correcto funcionamiento de la red eléctrica. Para solucionar estos problemas, se ha propuesto la implementación de redes eléctricas inteligentes en donde los componentes responden de manera inteligente a las condiciones de la red eléctrica. Los inversores para redes eléctricas inteligentes requieren de protocolos, funciones y datos estandarizados, como es el estándar IEC 61850, para la correcta interacción entre los componentes que conforman la red eléctrica inteligente. En este artículo se presenta la implementación del estándar IEC 61850 y el protocolo de comunicación MMS para un inversor fotovoltaico monofásico en una plataforma de bajo costo y con la librería de código abierto libiec61850.

Abstract
The variable conditions of electric power generation of distributed large-scale energy systems pose a risk for the proper functioning of the electric network. To solve these problems, the implementation of intelligent electrical networks has been proposed, where the components respond intelligently to the conditions of the electrical network. The inverters for intelligent electrical networks require standardized protocols, functions and data, such as the IEC 61850 standard, for the correct interaction between the components that make up the smart grid. This article presents the implementation of the IEC 61850 standard and the MMS communication protocol for a single-phase photovoltaic inverter in a low-cost platform and with the open source library libiec61850.
