Validación de un instrumento para medir las dimensiones del clima organizacional psicológico

Resumen


El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo aportar información empírica sobre la validez y confiabilidad de un instrumento propuesto para medir el clima organizacional psicológico (COP), así como la teoría subyacente al constructo. Los datos analizados provienen de tres estudios: el primero realizado en 2004, en el cual se desarrolló el instrumento original, y dos efectuados en 2018, en los que se sometió nuevamente a su validación en México y Colombia.

En los tres levantamientos de datos, los resultados del análisis de factores arrojan una estructura de un solo factor, lo que podría implicar que el COP es un constructo molar que aglutina simultáneamente diversas percepciones de los empleados sobre su trabajo y entorno laboral. Así, los miembros de la organización evalúan todo lo relativo a su trabajo de manera conjunta, sin separar aspectos que teóricamente significan percepciones distintas.

El instrumento mostró una elevada confiabilidad en los tres estudios y las dimensiones consideradas para operacionalizar el COP se encuentran correlacionadas de manera significativa.
